At Moi Même, we believe lingerie should feel as beautiful as your favourite pâtisserie: delicate, thoughtful, and made with care. Because our pieces are intimate garments, we kindly ask you to review our returns policy before placing your order.


✧ Change of Mind Returns

We kindly ask that you choose carefully, as Moi Même does not offer refunds for change of mind.

Eligible full-priced bras may be approved for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Returned with original tags attached
  • Free from perfume, makeup, marks, or odours
  • Returned in original packaging where possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


✧ Sizing & Fit

We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be delicate.

If your bra does not fit as expected, eligible full-priced bras may be returned for exchange or store credit only, provided they remain unworn and meet our return conditions.

Return shipping costs for sizing exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.


✧ Hygiene Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Underwear bottoms
  • Briefs / thongs
  • Bodysuits worn without underwear
  • Any intimate garments showing signs of wear

This policy is strictly enforced to protect the health and safety of all customers.


✧ Sale Items

Sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.


✧ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description

Our team will carefully review your request and arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


✧ Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as Moi Même is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.


✧ Refund Processing

Once approved returns are received and inspected, refunds or store credits will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.


✧ Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or replaces your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


✧ A Gentle Reminder

Our embroidered pieces are delicate by nature, much like pastries fresh from the pâtisserie counter. Please handle all garments with care when trying them on.
